I am fairly easy going like walking and red wine.The house is modern with good sized rooms large kitchen (with your own fridge) pleasant garden and conservatory. Bedroom has wall to wall wardrobes and telephone point. It is in a quiet area but easy walking distance of the town centre. Dartmoor is on the doorstep and Bude is within easy reach too.
