About Brookdale Property Management
Brookdale are the largest independent letting agent in the Peterborouogh area and manage just under 800 properties. We are a team of 14 with over 120 years combined experience in the letting industry.
Many of our team are property professionals in their own right; four staff members are directors of a company who own 16 properties, two jointly own 38 properties, two are directors of a property development company that builds/converts properties and one independently owns 10 properties. We are also involved in block management. Brookdale manage all the properties owned by our associate companies.
We firmly believe that, in selecting a letting agent, a Landlord needs to know that their property is in safe, experienced hands and our service level is indicative of our belief.
