JSM invests heavily each year in its staff and regular in house and external training courses are undertaken by all staff to ensure that all our Property Managers and Sales Negotiators are at the cutting edge of the industry and familiar with the ever changing legislation. All experienced members of staff are requested to take the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) 2000 qualification which is an exam set by the Industries Regulatory Body, The Association Of Residential Letting Agents, of which JSM are leading and longstanding members.
