Cambridge Property Practice operates in a 20-mile radius from the centre of Cambridge. We recognise that every property is individual, and ensure that every eventuality is catered for, giving you the peace of mind and confidence that you can leave everything in our hands. Our brochure is designed to inform present and potential Landlords on all aspects of letting their properties, and the benefits of using The Cambridge Property Practice Limited (TCPP) as their preferred Letting Agents. We personally oversee every aspect of each property that we manage. Our intention is to build on the Companies reputation for reliability, integrity and the knowledge that your property is being treated as we would our own home. Furthermore, TCPP are also members of The UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) & The Residential Landlords Association (RLA). This provides the Landlord with the added assurance that the Letting Agency not only conforms to the governing bodies Code of Practice, but also shows the professionalism of being in a recognised organisation. This also protects the Landlord and tenants against malpractice by enforcing the Association's Code of Practice. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance (which each member is obliged to have). |
