About Whitfield Associates
Whitfield Associates are a property services company based in the village of Swavesey, near Cambridge.
We are a large private landlord and not a letting agency so we only handle our own property which means that we charge none of the introductory and hidden fees of a letting agency. All we are ask for are your rent and a fully refundable deposit.
We pride ourselves on providing quality residential properties(mainly flats) in Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, Littleport, Thetford and even Swadlincote in Derbyshire.
We also own a fair number of student properties in both Cambridge and Chelmsford plus have a wide portfolio of commercial property. |
