Launched in April 2002 we have been providing a series of internet sites dedicated to the letting industry. We have over 260 sites (one for each major town or city in the country) displaying properties available to rent. Our unique structure ensures we maintain prominent search engine positions.

• When we receive a landlord registration, we automatically forward this on to you. This 'hot' lead is then for to follow up and convert into additional business. No other major property portal does this!
  

2. What do I get?

For a low monthly fee of just £50+VAT per month you can advertise your properties on any one of our lettingsearch websites. Each property has a full and summary description, features list and up to 6 photos. When you provide the property postcode we'll even put it onto our interactive maps.

You also get:

• Full profile page including your listed telephone number and web address.
• Statistical reports showing which properties are being looked at and clicked on
• Automatic property updates from your own system (where possible)
• Data transers to Righmove, Primelocation, Look4aProperty, OnOneMap; just to mention a few

3. Updating Properties (manual)

This process is quick and easy and just one click away.

4. Updating Properties (automatic)

It is usually possible to update your properties automatically from other 3rd part sources.
We can take property imports from cfpWinman, Eurolink, Find A Property, Aspasia, Thesaurus Technology, Homes Online just to mention a few.
If you use any other software or have a specific requirement, please let us know and we will try and import your data.

5. How much is this going to cost me?

We try to keep this simple too!
For just £50 per month (+VAT), with no minimum period you can advertise all of your properties with us. There is no set-up fee and no contrract to sign so you could start advertising right now!
