The large kitchen and utility room are shared by all. The kitchen has usual microwave dishwasher kettle toaster oven hob steam cooker table and chairs.The utility has fridge freezer washing machine and sink in it. Outside there is a large garden and patio area with outside heater plus table and chairs. There is also a toilet down stairs with sink and washing facilities if needed. Depending on which room you would like will depend on the rent the 2 rooms with the shared main bathroom are £350.00 per month and the en suite room is £450.00 per month this includes all bills except your telephone i.e. council tax heating electric water and Sky TV.

There is an extra room that could be available for occasional guests.Set in very quiet area no street lighting. Previous lodger just moved out after nearly three years.Elec Council Tax use of phone (UK Landline numbers) Central Heating incl. Large graden although I am not much of a gardener it is a nice place to relax and if gardening is your hobby feel free to knock yourself out!Sharing with sole occupant I am very easy going person sometimes working away so you would have to be OK with being in house on your own on occasions.
